1. About us

These terms apply to services provided by Flowbot Marketing, a sole trader business based at 16 Saint Clements Court, Crewe, CW2 5NS. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Our services

We provide digital marketing services for local businesses, which may include:

• Local search visibility setup and management
• Google Ads campaign setup and management
• Social media advertising setup and management

The scope of work for each engagement will be agreed in writing before any work commences.

3. Pricing and payment

Our current pricing is as set out on this website. One-time setup and trial fees are due prior to work commencing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any ongoing monthly fees are due in advance at the start of each billing period.

Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. No long-term contracts

We do not require long-term contracts. Ongoing services operate on a rolling monthly basis and can be cancelled by either party with reasonable notice. One-time setup and trial fees are non-recurring and are not subject to a rolling commitment.

5. Refunds and cancellations

One-time setup and trial fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, as they represent time and resource already invested. However, we take a fair and flexible approach. If you are not satisfied with the service at an early stage, please contact us at ry@flowbotco.co.uk and we will discuss available options in good faith.

Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled at any time. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable.

6. Your responsibilities

To allow us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business when requested
• Grant us necessary access to accounts, platforms or assets required for the agreed work
• Respond to reasonable communications within a timely manner
• Ensure that any content, brand materials or information you provide does not infringe any third-party rights

7. Limitation of liability

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a particular number of leads, calls, or sales, as results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, competition, and the quality of your own products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, any creative assets produced specifically for you as part of your agreed scope of work become your property. We retain the right to use your business name and general results (without disclosing confidential information) in our own marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of the engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
